Kinesiology uses a form of gentle muscle testing to identify allergies, food sensitivities, reactions to personal care products, moulds, pollen, dust, pet dander etc. It can also test for the presence of toxic metals, chemicals, parasites, viruses and bacteria.

If allergies or food sensitivities are found, kinesiology aims to address the cause of the problem.
