I am a fully qualified and experienced Reflexologist (MAR, ITEC, CThA) and registered Reiki Master Teacher offering treatments, courses and workshops in Frome and Bradford-on-Avon. It is a great privilege to work with clients on a regular basis, as their life journey unfolds although one-off treatments can also be beneficial. The treatments I offer are pleasant and deeply relaxing for the body and the whole person. They can help alleviate the symptoms of many diverse conditions, for instance, back pain, stress, hormonal imbalances, as well as highlight the root causes and lifestyle indications.

I offer Reiki training at all levels for small groups at regular intervals throughout the year and can also arrange private courses for individuals and couples. In addition, from time to time, I run short workshops for personal growth: for example, using the Chakras to explore and rebalance the different aspects of ourselves and our needs or using Creative Visualisation to reconnect with our inner selves and help us move forward in a more meaningful way. As a Certified Life Skills Consultant, I offer personal consultations to individuals for relaxation, reflection and re-focusing.
