I am a Kinesiologist (A.S.K,
T.A.S.K) and member of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology.
Kinesiology is gentle, non-invasive and holistic. Using a form of manual
muscle testing, it provides a unique way of communicating directly with
the client's body, providing an accurate and sensitive diagnostic tool
that takes the guesswork away.
Having found areas of
imbalance, we look at the body holistically to address emotional,
structural and nutritional needs, as well as working with the meridian
systems. Problems with diet, nutrition, food sensitivities and toxicity
can be swiftly identified and addressed.
As well as running a clinic for
adults at my home in Nunney, I run a children's clinic in Frome with my
colleague, Carolyn Hood. The children's clinic addresses all the common
childhood problems of eczema, asthma, glue ear etc. and also specialises
in ADHD, dyslexia and behavioural problems. We employ tailor-made
exercising programmes to stimulate full brain integration which, along
with a brain nourishing diet and supplements, can create major changes
in behaviour and learning potential.
I teach kinesiology courses on
behalf of the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology.
